Martin Valentine is the Founder and President of Power Stack Solutions, a veteran-owned critical power services company specializing in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, battery systems, and supporting infrastructure.
A retired United States Air Force veteran, Martin served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician, where he developed deep technical expertise supporting mission-critical equipment used in aircraft operations. His experience includes maintaining gas turbine and diesel generators, as well as environmental control systems designed to protect sensitive avionics, laying the foundation for his career in the power and cooling industries.
Following his military service, Martin transitioned into the critical power sector, beginning in field service where he maintained UPS and stationary battery systems. He quickly advanced into leadership, spending three years in Service Management before expanding into a hybrid operations and sales role, where he supported both technical service delivery and business development. His combined field, leadership, and commercial experience provides a well-rounded perspective on delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions.
Martin founded Power Stack Solutions with a clear mission: to provide dependable, high-quality service when it matters most.
